I have bought and sold a house with David as my realtor.  He helped me worked through some major negotiations on buying and made the selling smooth even when some bumps in the road did occur.  David always has a plan for how to accomplish the task or negotiations and even plan B or more if needed!  I know he works long hours as I definitely worked with him a lot on certain days as needed.
