Scott Wendling
Scott Wendling is Owner and Designated Broker for CoMo Realty. Scott obtained his real estate license in 2001 and holds bachelor degrees in Finance and Business Management. He is very familiar with the Columbia, Missouri real estate market and uses that knowledge to help CoMo agents serve their clients to the best of their abilities.
In addition to managing CoMo Realty Scott is also a commercial real estate broker. He manages several retail and office buildings, consults on commercial real estate developments, and assists clients in diversifying their investment portfolios with real estate.
Scott has a history of involvement with the Missouri and National Association of Realtors. He is previous chair of the Missouri Realtors Young Professional Network and member of the Commercial Committee. Scott volunteered his marketing skills managing the social media and web presence for the successful Missouri Realtor "Yes to Save Homes" amendment 3 campaign.
