David was a pleasure to work with. He has over a decade of experience as a CoMo Realty agent in the Greater Columbia Area. His skill and guidance through the home purchasing process was vital for me, as I had not yet bought a home. I found my new home in the first round of house tours that he scheduled. The touring day was ordered with convenience and efficiency in mind. We looked at a total of 10 houses that had appeared in listings fitting my desired qualifications. There were 3 houses that I considered from this list, and I chose to put in a bid on one of them. David proved himself more than capable as he represented my interests in the bidding and negotiation process. Thanks to his work I was able to reach a satisfactory price and closing date with the seller. The whole thing took around 2 months, from our first meeting to the closing date. Throughout that time David was prompt and professional with all of his communications. He kept me in the loop as things happened, and ensured that I was aware of and agreed to the next steps before moving forward.
