I found my new home in the first round of house tours that he scheduled. The touring day was ordered with convenience and efficiency in mind. We looked at a total of 10 houses that had appeared in listings fitting my desired qualifications. There were 3 houses that I considered from this list, and I chose to put in a bid on one of them. David proved himself more than capable as he represented my interests in the bidding and negotiation process. Thanks to his work I was able to reach a satisfactory price and closing date with the seller. The whole thing took around 2 months, from our first meeting to the closing date. We had an issue with our septic system and he was so patient and wonderful dealing with a thousand different issues from easement questions to soil sampling and getting a bid for a new install. He was always willing to go the extra mile and answer questions (and stressed-out text messages from yours truly!) and kept up a great positive attitude and awesome sense of humor throughout.
